Pillai College of Architecture was established in the year 1992. It is one of the prestigious institutions in New Panvel, Maharashtra. This affiliated college is approved by the Council of Architecture. The institution has a dynamic learning environment and is spread over a sprawling area of 17 acres. Currently, PICA has 399 students studying in the institution, out of which 139 are boys and 235 are girls. The faculty strength is 40 in number. It imparts quality education through 2 degree programmes in architecture. Of course, the commitment of PICA towards excellence finds expression in its comprehensive curriculum that encompasses undergraduate and postgraduate courses designed for aspiring architects and urban designers.

PICA's commitment to holistic development is reflected through sports facilities such as a big playground for different outdoor games like handball, volleyball, and cricket. Specialized laboratories also form a part of the college structure, including the Building Simulation Lab, Carpentry and Modeling Workshop, and Material Testing Lab, which encourage hands-on learning experiences. Apart from these, facilities in the campus such as cafeteria, auditorium, and Wi-Fi connectivity provide a good environment for pursuing academics and other personal development activities.
There are two courses available here in the PICA. This institute offers a 5-year full-time B.Arch course with an intake capacity of 80 students. The college also offers a 2-year full-time M.Arch in Urban Design with 20 seats for students desiring advanced specialisation. The two programmes basically aim to provide students with wide knowledge and skills for working in the sphere of architecture and urban planning. Practice can be observed through well-equipped workshops where one can experiment with a variety of materials and scales for the development of skills in model making.

Admission to PICA is competitive and based on merit. For courses in B.Arch, the candidate should obtain at least 40% marks in National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by Council of Architecture. The Joint Entrance Examination scores are also accepted for admission in the course of B.Arch. The admissions for M.Arch Urban Design are taken through the MHT CET.

The eligibility criteria carries : students should be from India and must have passed HSC with maths subject atleast 50 % for general category and 45% for reservation students.
Candidates with 10+3 Diploma in architecture is also eligible with atleast 45% marks secured .
Nata requires 40% marks to give a admission so, perhaps you grab a chance .

Your NATA merit score is 15 0.75 In this score there is no possibility of getting sir JJ college of architecture. He who get at least 150 plus marks will get chance in b architecture in JJ College of architecture because this is a renowned and one of the top architecture Colleges in Mumbai.
But inthe college of Pillais College of architecture New Panvel is a chance for getting admission in b architecture because who will score at least 70% marks in nata entrance exam who may hope for admission in this college.
