Pillai Institute of Management Studies and Research, Panvel: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Pillai Institute of Management Studies and Research, New Panvel, Maharashtra was established in the year 1998. This affiliated college, approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, offers different postgraduate management programs. With a total enrolment of 361 and a faculty strength of 30, PIMSR on its 16-acre campus provides a focused learning environment.

The institute has a varying range of facilities that make life easier and more comfortable for students. The library has over 8,072 titles and 20,786 volumes, and it subscribes to 80 journals. Online databases include EBSCOhost and J-Gate. Three well-equipped computer laboratories with high speed internet access and Wi-Fi on campus are available. A state-of-the-art auditorium with a seating capacity of over 500 and a seminar hall known as "The Concave" regularly host national and international events. 

PIMSR offers two full-time postgraduate programs. Master of Management Studies and Master of Business Administration, both have a two-year duration. The intake conditions of the MMS program are 180 seats, and for the MBA.

The admission to the programs in PIMSR is competitive as well as merit-based. The institute accepts scores of various national-level entrance exams; some of them include the CAT, MAH MBA CET, and CMAT.
