Eligibility Criteria

Merit cum Means based scholarship

Secured not less than 50% marks.    

Family income in  all sources does not exceed Rs.2.50 lakh. 

Students belonging to the  minority communities,  Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, Jain and Zoroastrians (Parsis) category can apply.

Scholarship for students with disabilities

Family income Rs.250000 per annum.  

Valid certificate of disability as prescribed under rules issued by the competent authority. 

Financial Assistance for Education to the Wards of Beedi/Cine/IOMC/LSDM Workers – Post-Matric Scholarship

Monthly Income Rs.10000/- and Cini workers Rs.8000/-(Either of the parents of the students should be Beedi, Iron Ore Manganese & Chrome Ore Mines, Limestone & Dolomite Mines, Cine worker with at least six months service.

Central Sector Scheme of scholarship for college and university students

Students who are above 80th percentile – Board of Examination in Class XII of 10+2 pattern or equivalent.  Parental/family income up to Rs. 4.5 lakh per annum

AICTE – Pragati Scholarship scheme for girl students – (degree)

The girl candidate should be admitted to any of the AICTE approved Institution of respective year.

Maximum two girl child per family are eligible. 

Family income from all sources should not be more than Rs. 8 lakh per annum during the current financial year. 

A valid income certificate issued by the State/ UT Government needs to be enclosed. 

AICTE – Saksham Scholarship scheme for specially-abled student (degree)

The candidate should be admitted to any of the AICTE approved Institution of respective year. 

Specially-abled student, having a disability of not less than 40%. 

Family income from all sources should not be more than Rs. 8 lakh per annum during the current financial year. 

A valid income certificate issued by the State /UT Government needs to be enclosed.

AICTE – Swanath Scholarship scheme for students

The candidate should be an orphan or either or both parents died due to Covid 19  or wards of Armed Forces and Central Paramilitary Forces martyred in action (Shaheed).

AICTE Special Scholarship Scheme for the students of Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladkh under Prime minister Special Scholarship Scheme

First generation graduate (FGG) scholarship

Students must get admission through TNEA Anna University counselling. 

Application must have a Domicile Certificate of Tamil Nadu. 

Applicants must belong to a family where there is no family income limit.  

Applicants must belong to a family where no member is a graduate.
