PR Pote College of Agriculture, Amravati, was established in the year 2017, and is a new institution focusing on agriculture stream. Located in Amravati, Maharashtra, this affiliated college has a clear and focused focus with agricultural science programmes. The facility occupies 101.25 acres and offers a suitable environment to learning and research. The college has a total student intake of 188 and a faculty strength of 16 so that different students can be accommodated individually in the college classroom. Pote College of Agriculture, at present, offers only one programme, B.Sc Agriculture (Hons) for students wanting to pursue a career in the agriculture field.

PR Pote College of Agriculture has the following admissions standard whereby students are admitted through their scores in common entrance tests. Some of exams which the college admits include the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET UG), ICAR’s All India Entrance Examination for Admission (ICAR AIEEA), Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET).
