Pragyan Research Institute of Diploma Engineering, Balotra (PRIDE) is affiliated college of Rajasthan and was started in the year of 2010 at Balotra District. Duly positioned at a geographical latitude of 25.8308696 & longtitude of 72.2401203, the Institute occupies a 20-acre plot of land. We provide four diploma programmes in engineering fields for a total student capacity of 300 at PRIDE. The institute is endowed with a faculty of 8 members to facilitate one-on-one interaction with its student. Since it is a comparatively new college, PRIDE aims at delivering quality technical education in civil, mechanical electrical, and electronics engineering disciplines.

With a capacity of 110 residents, the campus accommodates those who need it through a men’s hostel. The institute also has accommodation for its staff within the compound of the institute’s campus. All sports lovers can equally benefit from the college through sporting activities so as to remain healthy as they nurture their studies. It has excellent IT facilities to provide modern technologies to the students for their courses in PRIDE. Food services on site are provided for by a cafeteria that serves students as well as personnel. For effective transport to and from the college, the college offers transport option for the students and members of staff. As for the practical prepares each department is endowed with laboratories to give practice to the students in their area of specialisations.

At the moment the institute has four full time Diploma courses in its kitty all of which take three years to complete. These programmes may include; Diploma in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Electrical Engineering and Diploma Electronics Engineering. In these courses, 300 student intake has been approved, out of which Civil Engineering course takes the highest student capacity of 120 student, and other three programmes has the student intake capacity of 60 students each.
