Pratap College of Education, Karnal, was instituted in 2010 as a co-educational teacher training institute. This affiliated college is located at Jundla, Karnal, Haryana, and spreads over 6 acres of land. It has been accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council. This college has been approved by the NCTE; total student enrolment is 195 and faculty strength is 11.

There are many facilities at Pratap College of Education is to improve the learning process for its students. A well-furnished library with 4,374 books including 500 reference books, 12 journals, 6 newspapers and 100 encyclopedias would suffice the needs of academic research. The campus is fully computerised, and an internet facility allows students to be connected and drawing on online resources. A well-equipped gym and sports facilities, with a playground for volleyball, badminton, and hockey, help to keep the body hale and healthy. In addition, there are specialist laboratories of Science and Mathematics, Psychology, and Educational Technology that allow hands-on experience for students.

The college of education offers only one course, B.Ed. It is a full-time, two-year course, with intensive training in theoretical and practical education.
