The young institution being of architectural branch of education, Pravara Rural Education Society’s College of Architecture, at Mohu was established in 2013 and the campus being located in Sinnar, Nashik district, in Maharashtra. Built on a sprawling 2-acre area, the college has been approved by the Council of Architecture to provide quality education in architectural field. The general admission of students in the institute is 140 and the faculty members in this institute is 35 so students per faculty ratio is quite good for an institute.

The college has a number of amenities to cater for educational and social needs of a student. Pravara Rural Education Society's College of Architecture offers a single course, Institute of Technology Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) curriculum. The B.Arch course is spread over the five years with detailing the knowledge and skill set of architectural designing, theoretical fundamentals and practical aspects.
