Prime Nest College of Architecture and Planning, Tiruchirappalli was established in 2015, and today stands as a guide for the aspirants of architecture in Tamil Nadu. This affiliated college is situated in Siruganur on Trichy – Chennai Highway and got the approval from Council of Architecture to provide quality education in the field. The institute sits on a small plot of 4 acres and it has been attracting fifty-three students for their enroled programmes. Currently, the college is privileged to have 27 dedicated educators and an impressive student-faculty ration ensuring that every aspiring architect is valued individually.

Prime Nest College of Architecture and Planning currently offers one full-time course: It explains the Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) programme. This is a five year programme and as part of its admission plan, the institute currently has an approved capacitive intake of forty students for this programme and this strongly reveals the institute’s policy on the sizes of its classes in its pursuit of quality education delivery.
