This college was Founded in 2008 and up to now, they have been preparing learners to become educators in the future. It is affiliated to the ‘National Council for Teacher Education ‘ which is the nodal government body responsible for teacher education in India. Basically it has the capacity of taking 199 students and 16 faculties which makes its atmosphere comfortable for learning. The institute currently offers one degree programme the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) which is in tandem with its specialisation in teacher training.

Prince Shikshan Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya has installed numerous infrastructures that can facilitate learning among the student. This structure that anchors the campus is a library that contains over 8000 books on modern topics. It is not just a storehouse of books and knowledge, but one that has a server, computer and internet connection for students conducting research and independent study. Related to academics the college also has an auditorium with modern day facilities of multimedia to support student talents for talents hunt, seminars, conferences etc. It also attempts to cater for the students’ health needs through provision of basement and other sporting facilities for a gym. Since students have different needs the college offers the hostels for boys and girls so that those who choose to reside in the compound are well accommodated.

Prince Shikshan Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya has started full- time B.Ed course for an approved uptake of One hundred students only. As an integral part of the course, they will develop competence and understanding to become successful teachers in their chosen field of specialisation for the next two years. It incorporates concepts from the curriculum with pragmatic instructional experience so that students can meet the complexities of contemporary classrooms. Currently the college only offers this single degree programme but the institution is committed towards providing quality teachers.

B.ED courses of Prince Shikshan Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya are admission through Pre-Teacher Education Test (PTET) conducted by the government of Rajasthan for admission. This written sed test span 3 hours is completed from 4 sections as it aim to evaluate the candidates suited for the teacher training programme. They must sit and pass an entrance examination in order to be hased a chance by this institution. The PTET acts as an organised examination which helps to maintain qualification requirements of intake students for the B.Ed programme.
