Princeton College, Bareli is one of the leading educational institution being established in 2002 located in Raisen, Madhya Pradesh. The college is a small institution catering to its students on a 0.8-acre plot It consists of an array of management and education programs. AICTE and NCTE recognised Princeton College to level up its education and became the pride of the region. The total number of enrolled students is 1, 279 and total number of faculties is 14, this make the institute is provide the focused environment. There are four courses provided in three degree programmes and have specialisation in MBA, B.Ed, D.El.Ed for the students willing to be a manager or an educator.

Princeton College offers a number of infrastructures that are intended to aid the student learning process. In a health aspect, the college offers sporting facilities, and a play ground for other practical activities. A canteen meets the eating requirement of the staff and students. At the management level it has two MBA programmes: MBA general with a total intake of 180 and MBA in Marketing Management, total intake 120.
