PRISM Degree and PG College was established in 2001. Located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, it is a co-educational institution comprising affiliated colleges to offer a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in the various disciplines. The campus at PRISM Degree and PG College is set over 2.5 acres and is fairly compact in nature. The total enrolment of students at the college is a headcount of 1,460, with a total faculty strength of 9 members. The college provides 11 courses under the 4 streams of degree programs, especially in the areas of Commerce, Business Administration, and Sciences to cater to the diverse academic interests involved in the student community. 

The college is also bound to be a supportive environment for the all-round development of students, equipped with modern infrastructural facilities intended for the academic and personal needs of students. PRISM Degree and PG College provides separate hostel facilities for boys and girls, thus making their stay comfortable for those coming from other towns. The college has a library which is well stocked with seating arrangements for students and includes reference books and periodicals, and internet facilities for research and self-study. Besides, there are well-maintained laboratories in all departments to provide practical learning with apparatus, chemicals, and components.

PRISM Degree and PG College will offer very diversified student interests with a wide array of courses. It offers 11 different courses in undergraduate and post-graduate categories. This will include B.Sc. at the undergraduate level, with various specialisations in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, and Computer Sciences. On the front of commerce, it offers B.Com, B.Com Vocational, and BBA for the students having interests in the concerned areas. For graduate students, the college provides M.Sc programmes in Organic Chemistry and Analytical Chemistry.
