Provadevi B.Ed. College, Nadia was established in the year 2014. It is a co-educational teacher education college. Located in Tehatta, West Bengal, this affiliated college has a compact campus area of 1 acres. It offers courses in two education specializations. The total intake is 300 students. The NCTE approved Provadevi B.Ed. College provides full-time courses to future educators. College shall be as per the policies of the state government and the affiliated university.Admission to B.Ed. shall be strictly based on merit, drawing from the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The college may also adopt other selection processes, provided it is done with prior state approval. The same applies to D.El.Ed. The admission shall be strictly based on merit with regard to the candidate's performance in the qualifying examination or entrance test, in accordance as may be prescribed by the State Government/UT administration, with regard to availability of seats.
