PSG institute of management is better for MBA without a doubt because it is a proper management college for business degrees . For placements it is a good college offering good salary packages offered by top companies . The international packages for students are also good , it is available at their website you should check it out . PSG institute of management is ranked 33 in India in Top Mba colleges in India  , which is great . The teachers are also good at teaching , the infrastructuture is also quite good and you will get a good crowd to hang out with . Hope this helps you and all the best .

Psgim do not have this facillity. Although you have hostel accomodating single occupancy and not sure about the air conditioner system. If air conditioner is utmost necessary you can very well opt for private hostels which are more in number around the college itself. You can choose according to your necessity.

Hostel facilities are very good.They provide a 3 sharing as well as 4 sharing room. the rooms are very comfortable with enough space and furnitures. They are maintained well and is kept always clean.The hostel mess is very good and the food is very tasty. They are hygienic.

The placements in PSG Tech is almost equal to the NITs.. For your information, PSG Tech is ranked 12th in India among all the engineering colleges . We get a good set of recruiters visiting regularly. Refer to this recruiter list. The list of recruiters as you see are huge MNCs and have very good career growth for the candidates who get placed. The job profile they offer after an year of training is equal to the people getting recruited from NITs and IITs. The highest salary offered is around 20 lacs pa (in 2014 batch) for Computer Science Engg graduates. Anyhow it depends on industry and the stream you are in. But the top 40% of the students in each department get very competitive and challenging roles in their respective industries. The average salary of a batch is close to 4.5 lacs. Many recruiters offer salary for people in the range of 3.2 to 3.8 lacs.
