First an individual have to give JEE MAINS paper and and then have to apply for the course on the official website of Jamia Millia Islamia and then college gives its own list of selected candidates.

Yes You will qualify for JEE advance.
As per the last Year trend around 2.25 lac students are qualified for advance exam.& According to this you scored very good in JEE mains Your Expected percentile is lie between 98-100 & Your rank is around 10K-11K
