Since your board percentage is below 75 percent , so you are not eligible to get admission for B. Arch course through your JEE Mains paper 2 score. The admission to the B.Arch program provided by Sir JJ college of architecture is through NATA Exam.

They don't accept JEE Paper 2 Marks.

You will be required for your NATA scores along with your board marks.

I see that you want to go for nit Trichy and you want to pursue architecture engineering . It is a good thought. But nit Trichy requires very good marks. Say you have to get around 100 percentile if you want to go for nit Trichy. 

I say that see your rank and then decide which college is best for you.

I see that you have got 97 percentile then if I calculate your rank will be around somewhere 3500 which is too much although you are home state and female candidate. Your rank is way too much than the required rank in nit Trichy.

So I suggest you to go to josaa website and see previous year rankings and which college you are eligible for. It will help you.

As you have stated that your percentile in JEE B.Arch is 89 which gives a rank of 26737 and your OBC rank is 8687. And your NATA score is 93. I would like to tell you that with your rank you cant get IITs but yes you can get NITs like NIT Raipur and NIT Hamirpur with your rank. I would suggest you fill up the seat allocation and take part in counselling.  I hope this answered your query

For getting admission in College of Engineering trivandrum your nata score and jee main percentile is required.  As your nata score is 116 and jee main percentile is 286.5 and class 12th percentage is 92.66, yes you can get seat in the College of Engineering . I would suggest that you take part in counselling process  for this and choose the branch you want admission in. I wish you luck
