The establishment of PT Deendayal Upadhyay Girls B.Ed. College in Baran district of Rajasthan in the year 2006 has been designed to provide education only to girls. Situated on Nalka Tiraha, Melkheri Road, this affiliated college spread over a small area of 0.97 acres of land. The institute is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and provides two education specialisation. Having a total of 199 students and faculty members of 16, the college maintains a closely knit learning community. 

PT Deendayal Upadhyay Girls B.Ed. College has facilities meant to support and improve on the learning process of the students in the college. PT Deendayal Upadhyay Girls B.Ed. College offers two full-time courses, Bachelors in Education (B.Ed) and Diploma in Elementary Education (D.E.Ed.) both are two years programmes. These programmes are intended to give learners the right knowledge and practical experience to be effective teachers and educational managers.
