Pujya Shri Madhavanji College of Engineering and Technology (PJMSCET) is an engineering college established in Hyderabad, Telangana state. With its origin in 2008, the college has been nurturing young generation to face the challenges of engineering for more than a decade. Located on Nagarjuna Sagar Road, Shanthivanam, Karmanghat, PJMSCET provides a suitable learning ambiance. It is All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) recognised institution for providing quality education to the college. Since the institution is a co-educational institution, it does accommodate students from all over creating an effective learning environment.

The college is equipped with amenities to complement the education of their students. These are hostels for boys and girls for those who are willing to stay in the compounds of the institution to improve comfortable stay. This is a knowledge centre containing various literature necessary for the accomplishment of academic work. Another strategic area is technology focus of PJMSCET with strong Information Technology facilities that provide students with all required and modern instruments and technologies needed for learning in the chosen fields. An auditorium is useful in different occasions with different activities, seminars and cultural activities important to the growth of students.

PJMSCET holds a wide range of engineering discipline courses, though the major delivery mode is the full-time Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) qualification. At the moment, the college offers B.Tech in six different specialisations, each of which has been developed to address the changing dynamics in the jobs market. Some of these programmes are Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronics engineering, Electronics and Communication engineering, Computer Science and engineering and Information Technology. The B.Tech programmes takes four years for each specialisation so as to expose the students to adequate learning and skills is acquired by the learner.

The applications for the admission process at PJMSCET is independent and reasonable for selecting the deserving candidates for the engineering streams. In general, the admittance criteria for engineering colleges include the student’s performance in the qualifying examinations, the entrance tests, and academic records.
