The Punjab Government Dental College & Hospital Amritsar (GDC Amritsar) was set up in 1952 as an eminent dental college. This college for boys and girls is in Amritsar, Punjab and is affiliated with Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot and recognised by Dental Council of India (DCI). The GDC Amritsar currently provides 6 courses into 2 degrees: BDS and MDS degrees. The college has good infrastructure and almost everything which is goof ,lush green gatdeens ,beautiful trees and flowers and good classroom and lecture theatres and dental ewuipments necessary for education

The penalty is called as the custody fee.During the admission procedures, there is an affidavit that has to be signed by you and your parents which states a clause that you have to pay the entire course fees for all the years without which you cannot obtain admission for any other course I.e. if your full course fee sums up to say 8lakhs, then you have to pay that amount before leaving the course to take admission elsewhere. It also depends on the policy adopted by the respective college.
