Puran Murti College of Pharmacy offers the following two full-time courses pertaining to the field of pharmacy.The Bachelor of Pharmacy is a four-year undergraduate course for which the intake capacity has been fixed at 100. The Diploma in Pharmacy is a two-year program with an intake capacity of 60 students. Both courses are targeted to provide students with detailed knowledge and practical skills in pharmaceutical sciences. The total approved intake of the institute is 160 students per year for all its courses, reflecting its concern for maintaining high-quality education with manageable class sizes. 

The admission process for its B.Pharma and D.Pharma programs in Puran Murti College of Pharmacy is principally based on merit.
