The private and medical colleges are open now in most parts of India. In Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) has allowed the reopening of all Delhi schools, colleges and other educational institutions from November 1 with COVID-19 protocols, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia announced on Wednesday.
