Quadra Institute of Ayurveda, Roorkee (QIAR) is a private institute that was established in 2010 by the Choudhary Harchand Singh Atma Ram Education Trust. The ayurveda institute is affiliated with Uttarakhand Ayurved University, Dehradun. The QIA Roorkee is recognised by NCISM and the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India. Unfortunately on such NEET score you are not even qualified for NEET 2021 because the cut-offs for NEET UG 2021 are as follows :-
-->>> General - 50th percentile - 720-138 marks
-->>> SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile - 137-108 marks
-->>> General-PwD - 45th percentile - 137-122 marks
-->>> SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile - 121-108 marks
Now without getting qualified in NEET UG 2021 you cannot get admissions in any of the courses such as MBBS, BAMS, BHMS and other Ayush courses neither in government college nor in private college.

I assume , you want to know, 20 marks is enough to crack neet ug or not. to tell the truth cutoff score depends on your category and for each of the category, separate cutoff score provided. unless you got the exact cutoff marks or more in neet ug, you would not eligible to take participation in counselling process. based on previous years data cutoff score was as follows:
