Raafiah College of Education Budaun, affiliated college was established in year 2011 at Sahaswan (U. P.). This is a co-educational institution located across acres of 2.3129 and is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The college has only two specialisations in education the total enrolment of which are 95 and faculty 33. The vision of the Raafiah College of Education is in a quest of producing quality teacher trainers to train manpower in student teacher in order to produce competent educationist in the society. 

Raafiah College of Education has got a variety of facilities that will help the learners with their learning process and welfare. The library is one of the vital infrastructures with 3, 000 books and ten subscribed journal… Students have options to read The Times of India, Economic Times and The Hindu to encourage a habit of reading Newspapers among Students. The Psychology Lab has all required apparatus for the B.T.C. Programme, and is updated for time to time requirement in the field of education. To promote a balanced education the college provides the faculties for sports that ensures the physical well being of students. It has also developed technologically advanced IT infrastructure and a health centre with first aid for its students, an auditorium for occasions programmes and seminars, and a canteen for the student and staff. 

Raafiah College of Education offers two full-time courses, a B.Ed degree and a D.El.Ed degree. The B.Ed programme has the approved admit for a total of 100 students and the D.El.Ed programme to a maximum of 50 students. Both of them introduced as the programme of preparation of teachers with equal emphasis on theory and skills. This gives specialised attention on the two central programmes of the college, thus producing more equipped professional teachers for future practice in the field of education.
