Raasi Polytechnic College, a self financing institution began in 2010 is located in Rasipuram, District –Namakkal, Tamil Nadu. Established on a 5.11 acre campus area, this AICTE approved college provides diploma courses in the field of engineering streams. Raasi Polytechnic College has been taking a total of 386 students and they are having a thirty seven faculties. The institute currently provides five diploma courses cut across different engineering disciplines to be in line with the interests of technicians and engineers in training.

Raasi Polytechnic College has invested and put up a host of facilities aimed at facilitating learning and enhancing student Learning. There are two different hostels for male and female students, well equipped with all necessary facilities such as Internet connection, recreation facilities etc . For academic purposes, the college has a well equipped campus e-library with a collection of nearly 20,000 books, journals, periodicals and online databases that can be accessed by students and staffs for academic research work. It also incorporates hard-earned knowledge with sophisticated laboratories in Mechanical, Civil Electronics & Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Department.

The course offered at Raasi Polytechnic College are five full-time diploma courses that take three years to complete. Among these are Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering and Civil Engineering.
