Radha Govind College of Education is an affiliate of DBS and has approval from the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). It was established in 2015 at Moradabad in Uttar Pradesh, India. This college has a total student intake of 199 and a faculty strength of 16 members, thereby availing a stimulating learning environment for aspiring educators and professionals. This institution offers 7 courses according to 7 degree courses, B.Ed, D.El.Ed, M.Sc, B.Pharma, B.Com, and B.Sc, so as to cater to all the different spectrums of academic interests.

Radha Govind College of Education has ample facilities designed to enhance the learning experience as well as knowledge acquisition by the students. The flagship programme of the institute is the B.ED course which has an intake of 100 seats. Similarly, the D.El.Ed programme too has an intake of 50 seats. The undergraduate courses offered in this college are Arts (BA), Science (B.Sc), Commerce (B.Com), and Pharmacy (B.Pharma), while the postgraduate course is designed in Science (M.Sc). All these courses have different interests of students in academics and careers.

The admission procedure to this Radha Govind College of Education is highly based on merit. Admission to B.Ed and D.El.Ed is provided with merit marks in a qualifying examination or entrance examination.
