Radha Govind Teachers Training College Ramgarh: Established in the year 2006, RTTC Ramgarh Cantt Jharkhand is one of the premier Teacher Training College in India. This institute for boys and girls has got academic status of Constituent College and it is affiliated to this NCTE recognised institution. Located at the rear part of Ramgarh College, the campus has become an incubator for teaching professionalism. 

Radha Govind Teachers Training College has a number of amenities aimed at improving learning environment of the target learners. Library facilities include over 5000 books, reading room /20 students at a time. In case students need to be accommodated, there are hostels for boys and girls as a separate hostels institution. There is also a health centre on the campus to also boast of first aid for students in case of any mishap. In furtherance of academic endeavors, the college has modern Information and Technology aids and departmental laboratories. Accommodation facilities we also have a canteen, an auditorium for events and Seminars and Transport faculties for students and Staff. Radha Govind Teachers Training College comprises two full time course related to the field of education. The B.Ed programme of the college is permitted for a total intake capacity of one hundred students and on the other hand, M.Ed programme has permission for an intake capacity of fifty students only.

The admission process in Radha Govind Teachers Training College is purely based on mark securing system the qualifying examination mark/entrance examination mark. For the B.Ed programme , admissions are made as per the rules laid down by the State Government / UT Administration and the affiliated University.
