Radhakisan Toshniwal Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Akola: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Radhakisan Toshniwal Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Akola was established in 1955 and recognised in 1856 by the Vidarbha Ayurved Board with an objective of serving in the field of Ayurveda. The college offers a total of 6 courses at UG and PG wherein there is 1 course at UG and 5 courses at PG level. Some of the courses offered at RTAM Akola are BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery), MD Rognidan and Vikriti Vigyan, MS Shalyatantra Samanya and more. 

Admission to Radhakisan Toshniwal Ayurved Mahavidyalaya Akola UG course is given on the basis of marks obtained in the NEET-UG examination while to take admission to the PG course, students must have a valid score in AIAPGET. RTAM Akola has a campus equipped with all the facilities that are required by the staff and the students. It includes a central and digital library, lecture hall, seminar/conference hall, hostel facilities and more. 

The college is affiliated with Nagpur University and Amravati University in collaboration with Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik. The college is approved by the Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM).

The college is located on Jatharpeth Road, Akola, Maharashtra. Students can take a train or bus to Akola bus stand/railway station. The Akola bus stand is at a distance of 2.1 km which takes nearly 7 mins by taking a cab or an auto. The Akola Railway Station is at a distance of 2.2 km from the college campus and would take nearly 8 minutes to reach by cab or auto.
