Raghuveer Singh Government Degree College, Lalitpur, was established in the year 1981. It is situated in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. The institution is on the Sagar By Pass Road and has served the education sector from the last four decades. The campus area of this college is huge, measuring 14.36 acres, to provide enough space for academics as well as for extracurricular activities. It offers diversified undergraduate and postgraduate programmes across diversified disciplines with an enrolment strength of 772 students and a strength of 9 teaching staff. 

The college is proud of the well-equipped facilities for its students. The Central Library, with more than 19,000 books, journals, textbooks, reference books, e-resources, and audio-visual aids. This collection is invaluable and serves students and faculty very well. Besides this, the college has well-requisites for the IT infrastructure to make the students competent enough in the use of modern technology. Course opportunities are given to all students of any academic interest at Raghuveer Singh Government Degree College. It consists of 8 whole courses in all, which are divided into undergraduate and postgraduate levels. At the undergraduate level, there are B.Sc and B.Com. In case one wishes to take their studies to the next level, the college provides numerous postgraduate programs that range from M.Sc in Botany, Chemistry, Zoology, Physics, and Mathematics to M.Com. All the above courses are very intensive in nature with full-time commitment for two years and tend to develop in-depth subject knowledge and oratory in the respective areas.
