Rahamania B Ed College, Ratua: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Rahamania B.Ed. College, Ratua was affiliated to Malda, West Bengal, and established in the year 2014. This co-ed day college is approved by the NCTE, sprawling across a compact area of 0.85 acres. The institute has been providing only two full-time courses, including Bachelor of Education and Diploma in Elementary Education. It has 300 students currently enrolled in the institute and 7 faculty members. Rahamania B.Ed. College, therefore assures intense learning for budding teachers.

All facilities within the college will help students to grow academically as well as personally. The library acts as a resource center, and students have access to a wide array of educational materials. Practical training is given in various departmental laboratories, which are important and vital in practical training in education. The institute has a health center whereby priority has been given to the students, with facilities for first-aid treatment. Besides, there is a sporting facility which avails the chances of physical fitness and sport or recreating activities among the students.

Rahamania B.Ed. College offers two professional courses in Education, one is a regular Bachelor of Education, which is essentially more popularly known as B.Ed., and another is D.El.Ed. or Diploma in Elementary Education. 

Admission to Rahamania B.Ed. College is merit-based and regulated by policies prescribed by the State Government of West Bengal and the affiliated university. The candidates churned out for the B.Ed. course shall be selected based on the marks secured in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. Even the merit list to appear in the admission test for D.El.Ed. course shall be prepared based on qualifying examination marks and/or entrance test results.
