Raidighi B.Ed. College was established in the year 2005. It is an affiliated college and is located in Raidighi, West Bengal. This co-ed college provides courses in the field of teacher education. A course available is Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) course, approved by the National Council for Teacher Education. With just 71 students and a faculty strength of 17, the students get a personalized experience to learn and become future educators. 

The College has almost all types of facilities to help students enrich their learning processes. The library is well-stocked and thus acts as the knowledge hub of the institution. The laboratories like Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Geography, and Computer Science are well equipped; thus, students get experience by doing things practically. Events and seminars are held on the campus auditorium to create a healthy academic atmosphere. Besides, it has also got sports and a gym to help the students physically. Raidighi B.Ed. College offers only one full-time course, which is the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) program. The two-year self-claiming course aims to do just what it is set for-preparing students for a teaching profession. The approved intake capacity is 100 seats. The curriculum would, therefore, be very probably inclusive of a wide array of educational theories, teaching methodologies, and practical training in order to equip students with the skills necessary in effectively managing classes and instructing students.

Merit-based admission forms the basis of Raidighi B.Ed. College.The candidates are admitted based on merit in the qualifying and/or entrance examination. The college follows up with the policies framed for admission by the State Government of West Bengal and the affiliating University.
