Raja Harpal Singh Mahavidyalaya, Jaunpur was founded by Kunwar Shri Pal Singh, Raja Saheb of Singramau in the memory of his late father Raja Harpal Singh Ju Deo on 14th of August 1965. The institution has received ‘B’ grade by NAAC and recognised by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). It is affiliated to Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur.
