HRM program is a comprehensive four-year undergraduate program designed to provide students with a solid foundation in the principles and practices of human resource management. This program is specially crafted to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and certifications needed to thrive in the dynamic field of HR. With specialized add-on courses in SHRM CP, our program prepares students to excel in the modern workplace. Our curriculum covers essential HR functions such as recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and strategic HR planning. With a focus on practical skills and real-world application, we prepare students to become effective HR professionals capable of driving organizational success.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate shall be required to have passed Plus Two or equivalent examination or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto by MG University.
- Candidates awaiting results of the qualifying examinations are also eligible to apply for admission provided they shall produce the proof of qualification on or before the date of admission by the College.
Admission Details
Admission to BBA programme of Rajagiri College of Social Sciences (Autonomous) is based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination. Government norms of admission requirements will be observed in the case of SC/ST and other reserved categories. Bonus marks for NCC, NSS, Ex-servicemen applicants and widows of Ex-servicemen and children of Jawans and Ex-servicemen shall be awarded as per the M.G. University norms for admissions. Those applicants, who can claim admission under sports/cultural quota shall be considered as per the M.G. University norms for admissions
