RajaRajeswari Dental College and Hospital, Kumbalgodu Admission 2025: Dates, Registration, Fees, Eligibility

RajaRajeswari Dental College and Hospital (RRDCH), is a prestigious dental institution in Kumbalgodu, Bangalore, Karnataka. The college provides dental programs at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels. RRDCH admission is designed to ensure that only the most qualified candidates are selected through national-level entrance examinations. Usually, RRDCH will admit within the cycles designed according to national schedules of the entrance examinations. National Eligibility-cum-entrance examination/ NEET (for under graduates/BDS course admissions). 

In MDS programs, entrance mode will depend upon National Eligibility cum Entrance Examination for Masters (NEET-MDS); January 30 is the test date of the subsequent year-NEET-MDS, scheduled on this day 2025. The eligibility criteria depend on the respective program. Candidates seeking admission for BDS should have passed 10+2 in the core group of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. To seek admission to MDS programs, one has to hold a BDS degree granted by a recognized university. Application Process 

The process for the application of RRDCH programs is as follows:

1. NEET/NEET MDS Registration: Students must apply and sit for the appropriate national entrance examination, which could be NEET for BDS and NEET MDS for MDS.

2. Counseling Registration: After the results of the entrance examinations, candidates are eligible to apply for state/central counseling processes.

3. Verification of documents. Such documents would be the score card of NEET/NEET MDS, and the mark sheets of the 10th and 12th standards

• Degree certificate along with the mark sheets of BDS in case of aspirants to MDS.
• Completion certificate of internship in case of MDS aspirants.
• Category certificates if any followed.
• Domicile certificate in case required

4. Seat Allotment: Seat allotment is done through counseling based on merit and preferences.

5. Fee Payment: The fees of the shortlisted candidate need to pay before the mentioned time period.

6. Reporting to the College: The candidate has to report to RRDCH for final admission formalities and document verification.

In PhD admissions, usually, the candidate has to contact the college directly for the procedure and requirement for application.

BDS : The under graduates, BDS is conducted at RRDCH with 100 seats. The admission is through NEET scores, and after that, counseling for the admission to the course. The student needs to have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

• Prosthetics Crown and Bridge: 6 seats
• MDS entrances will be given with the score of NEET MDS. One-year internship after BDS is a prerequisite.

PhD: RRDCH offers doctoral programs in various dental specialties, including Periodontology, Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics, and Prosthetics and Crown and Bridge. Admission to PhD programs typically requires a master's degree in the relevant dental specialty.
