RIMS Ranchi was established in 1960 and ranked 41 among all the other medical colleges in India. It offers various courses in degrees -MBBS,MS,BDS and MD. It accepts NEET as an entrance exam. This college has various facilities like Library,Cafeteria, Hostels, Labsand many more.The pediatrics couse in MD is a 3 year course with only 6 seats and to join you must have an MBBS course or an equivalent course which is approved by MCI.

Well I would like to tell you that the marks that you have scored seems low and that is why your rank is high and even high in category wise. I don't think that you have good chances of getting a government medical college through aiq or through state quota either. The category rank may also not save you. Try opting for some private college that have moderate cut offs.

For clearing RIMS Ranchi, Jharkhand in Scheduled Tribe Category, you would need a rank under 1,23,494 and a score above 347 marks  under State Quota and a rank under 36960 and 464 or above marks under the All India quota. These are the 2019 stats.

As per your question, your ranks are good and 62 is a good category rank also. 

For bsc nursing, it depends on which college you are applying for as evry college has their different exam and no of studenrs vary from one college to other. 

For whichever college you applied and got your rank, it depends on that college seat to student ratio. Normally there are 100 seats each in maximum college and your college has 100 seats, then chances are slightky less though. But it totally depends how many students are opting for counseling. You have chances still so try and see if you can get your government seat.

If its private, then definitely you can easily get thete as chances are much more to get in private if you can afford the fees.

RIMS is one of the best colleges to offer the medical course in Ranchi and many students iam for that.

You have good chances of getting admission in the 2nd round of state counselling.
For example, in 2017 the state cut-off rank was 114 (UR) in Round-1 which went a little higher in the consecutive rounds.
The cut-off has been increasing every year because of increasing number of students applying for it. Although, you have obtained a good rank and have nice chances of admission here.
