Hello SS, with state rank 1708, you had a chance to get admission in Rajendra institute of medical science. As you belongs to General category, it is slightly difficult to get admission in RajemdRa institute of medical science easily, but you have a chance to get a seat there.

As per last year statistics the closing ranks for RIMS Ranchi are as follows-

UR category. AIR 6045. Marks 558

SC category. AIR 52006. Marks 437

ST category. AIR 36960. Marks 464

You marks is greater than last year closing rank but still this year the cut off has been increased a lot and due to which the same will happen in state quota as well.

But still you have a chance. Attend the counseling to further find out.

Hello dear student, I hope you are talking about the Rajendra institute of medical sciences, Ranchi . The opening rank for this medical college for general category student is 545 and closing rank is 2756. And your marks are really less to come between this range of the rank  . This was the cut off for the last year. And also you haven't mentioned your category so I shared general category cut off. Rest for your further reference I am attaching a link kindly check it once. According to last year's cut off you will definitely get admission in RIMS Ranchi ,if this year the cut off increses then also you will get as 586 are very good marks.

You'll 100% make it to RIMS, Ranchi with that score and rank. Your state rank must be really good and you have a good chance of getting RIMS through state quota. Don't miss the counseling and keep yourself updated. RIMS, Ranchi is a very good college and is preferred a lot.

Well according to last year's cutoff you need to score a minimum of 558 marks to get into RIMS, Raipur via state quota counselling. 

The score may vary this year but not more than 20-30 marks. Which means that you have decent chances of admission in this college.

There is no chance of getting either MBBS OR BDS government college in any state in your category. You may get private colleges or deemed universities . If not interested then better you prepare for your next exams.

In Jharkhand a total of 300 medical and 300 dental seats are available for MBBS counselling 2019. 301 is the minimum cut off in neet jharkhand state for SC student so you may consider it will be higher for you.

No need to worry bro you will get in rims easily atleast at the end of 2nd counseling of state u will confirm get seat in rims so relaxed as last year a girl with 536 marks get rims ranchi this year may be cutoff go around 540-545 than also you will get seat in rims congratulations bro & all the best for your future life and upcoming aiims

Dear Payal with this score your chances are average at RIMS Ranchi If you are UR Category student,because most of the students with this much score will also apply through State Quota and thus it become very much Competitive for you to get RIMS ranchi,but there is still some chances for you to get RIMS,if any Seat remains vaccant most of the time RIMS Cutoff goes aroung 560 to 580+so wait for Counselling and see what happens.
