RATM Mathura Admission 2025: Dates, Registration, Fees, Eligibility

Rajiv Academy for Technology and Management (RATM) Mathura offers courses ranging from undergraduate programs to postgraduate degrees, taking care of technology, management, and education. The admission process for the institute screens merit candidates for various courses like BBA, MBA, MCA, B.Ed., and M.Ed. RATM is approved by both AICTE and NCTE.

The admission cycle at RATM is usually timed with the academic year, with most courses starting in July or August. Application dates would vary with respective courses and the entrance exam involved. Management and computer application courses at RATM accept scores from national-level entrance exams like CAT (Common Admission Test) and MAT (Management Aptitude Test).

Application Process

Rajiv Academy for Technology and Management, depending upon the program, follows different procedures for admission (Applications may be made online and sometimes through mail).

1. Enter the desired program that you want to pursue and check the eligibility conditions on the RATM website.

2. For MBA and MCA program admission:

• Go for CAT, MAT, or UPSEE as applicable.
• Score the minimum cutoff score as able in the named entrance examination.   
• Apply to RATM using the score of the qualified entrance examination.
• The shortlisted candidates may then be called for a personal interview.

3. For B.Ed and M.Ed programs:

• Register for the university admissions test.
• Take the university admission test on the assigned date.   
• Participate in counseling if eligible.
• If assigned a seat, fulfill the admission requirements at RATM.

4. For all other undergraduate programs (BBA, BCA, and B.Sc Computer Science):

• Direct application at RATM through the online admission portal or through visiting the campus.
• Thus, application for admission must enclose the 10+2 mark sheets and certificates.
• Admission will mostly be merit-based or as per the discretion of the institute.

5. For M.Lib.I.Sc:

• Application to RATM will follow with the required educational qualification.
• Transfer to the interview will be disclosed for those who are shortlisted.

6. Standard application requirements:

• Completed application form (online and offline whichever is prescribed by RATM).
• Passport-size photographs.
• Mark sheets and certificates of all qualifying examinations.
• Entrance exam results card (if applicable).
• Caste certificate (for SC/ST/OBC).
• Any other documents as described by the institute.

7. Pay the application cost as prescribed by RATM for the relevant program.

Degree Wise Admission Process

BBA: Rajiv Academy for Technology and Management provides a Bachelor of Business Administration, which has a strength of 240 seats. The selection mode is almost always merit or in accordance with the discretion of the institute. The most eligible candidates are those who passed 10+2.

BCA: The Bachelor of Computer Applications program at RATM has 240 seats. Admission is usually based either on merit or on the institute's criteria. Students who are 10+2 passed are applicable for this course.

MBA: The Master in Business Administration program has 120 seats. The candidate should appear with good scores in UPSEE, CAT, or MAT for admission considered, if any personal interviews will be conducted.

MCA: The Master in Computer Applications program can accommodate 60 students. Like the MBA, eligible applications are on the basis of the UPSEE, CAT, or MAT examinations. This may include further screening during the admission procedure.

B.Sc Computer Science: This program has 120 seats. Admission is based mainly on merit, and eligibility requires 10+2 in science subjects.

B.Lib.I.Sc and M.Lib.I.Sc: Both programs have 60 seats each. The B.Lib.I.Sc admission is generally based on merit. For M.Lib.I.Sc, merit-based admission is followed by a personal interview.

B.Ed: This program for the Bachelor of Education has 50 seats. Admission by counseling shall follow the university entrance test. Any relaxation in eligibility conditions will be offered to members of SC and ST as per government guidelines.

M.Ed: With a total of 35 seats, the Master of Education admission process is similar to B.Ed, with counseling after the university entrance exam; moreover, there is the possibility of relaxation for SC and ST candidates.
