Rajiv Gandhi RECS Polytechnic, Anakapalli: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

The Rajiv Gandhi RECS Polytechnic, Anakapalli, set up in the year 2009, is located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. It is an affiliated college that offers a course in various branches of engineering with recognition from AICTE. With a 5-acre spread, the polytechnic has a total of 690 students with a faculty strength of 36. On a full-time basis, the institute offers four diploma courses, each extending over a period of three years, in the areas of Mechanical, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics, and Civil Engineering. 

The polytechnic gives very good facilities for learning, and it aims at ensuring a well-conducive learning environment for both men and women. The institute has a resourceful library, which is a knowledge centre for all: students and faculty. A full-fledged auditorium is situated in the campus, and it is indeed the venue for most of the events and seminars, thus churning the very academic atmosphere. 

Rajiv Gandhi RECS Polytechnic offers four diploma courses; they are all full-time programs. The courses cater to different branches in engineering fields, enabling the student to acquire a sound knowledge base. 

Admission to Rajiv Gandhi RECS Polytechnic occurs based on merit, with selection based on rank obtained in Common Entrance Examination for Polytechnics.
