Ram Gulam Rai Shikshan Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya, located in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, is a private institution which was established in 2010. Ram Gulam Rai Shikshan Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya Gorakhpur offers two courses which are approved by the NCTE (National Council for Teacher Education).
