Ramdhari Smarak Mahavidyalaya lies in Mau, Uttar Pradesh and is one of the young institutions founded in 2013. Located in Pahsa (Meerpur Godhana) this college has gradually expanded the area of its activities all along. Though the institute may lack in the number of course that it can offer it does so in the best quality of its offered courses. The college has been recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) which means that the college’s teacher education course of study offerings meet the requirements of the country.

The college also has well equipped laboratories for practical subjects such that students may practice their areas of specialty. Ramdhari Smarak Mahavidyalaya currently offers two main courses: a Four year integrated BA and a Two year D.El.Ed program. Both programs are regular, the duration of the BA course is three years, D.Elements Education (D.El.Ed) is two years program. Total strength of intake capacity of the college is 140 and out of it 50 seats are designated for the D.El.Ed programme. This self-selected focus also helps the institution remain academically selective with a small student to faculty ratio in which five faculty members are assigned to educate and support students. 

The admission procedure of Ramdhari Smarak Mahavidyalaya differs from one course to another. For the D.El.Ed course, admission is gave on the merit for the mark obtained in the qualifying examination as well as entrance examination. The college is affiliated to the state government of Uttar Pradesh and its policies of admission are adopted by the college.
