If you wish to take admissions in Ruia College in BMM course, then you need to visit the official website of this institution, register yourself & provide all the details & the documents required. Then you need to pay the application fees. After that, wait for the counselling process to begin. The counselling process will be based on the competitive merit of students so you may get a seat if you have a good score in 12th boards. The admission process of colleges start after the declaration of 12th board results for every board so this year the cut off marks hasn't been finalised due to the ongoing admission process.

However, in recent years the cut off was around 45% to 53% for students applying to BMM course in RUIA, Matunga. You should apply for admissions in the college & wait for the counselling process to take place as the seats are allotted on the basis of competitive merit & since there's a bit confusion regarding this year's board results, anything precisely cannot be predicted.

Bachelor of Mass Media(B.M.M) is a full-time three-year undergraduate degree course offered by the University of Mumbai, Mumbai.

The cut off changes every year as it depends on certain factors, though here I am providing the previous year cut off(2019) for BMM at  S.P. Mandali's Ramnarain Ruia Autonomous College :

For Round 1 : 52.77%
And for Round 2 : 45.08%

Ramnarain Ruia College was founded in 1937 by Shikshana Prasaraka Mandali. It is affiliated to the University of Mumbai. The college offers 3 UG courses, viz. B.Sc, B.A and BMM in various specializations. RUIA College also offers various M.Sc and Ph.D. courses at PG and Doctorate level.

Selection to all the courses is done according to the regulations prescribed by Mumbai University.

Candidates must have passed 10+2 to be eligible for admission to any undergraduate course.

Postgraduate aspirants must have a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline to secure admission in any Master’s degree course.

For Ph.D., a Master’s degree or M.Phil is required for admission.

Selection in BA, B.Sc and BMM is based on merit in the qualifying examination.

Admission to M.Sc is also based on merit except for M.Sc in Bioanalytical Sciences.

Ph.D. admission is done on the basis of the marks in Ph.D. Entrance Test (PET) followed by an interview.

GATE / SET / NET / (JRF) qualified or teacher fellowship holders are exempted from PET.

Applications for all the courses are invited in online mode only.

The honors are like learning one particular subject in depth and having some side subjects but mainly focusing on your honors subject. But, whereas in BA Pass program you learn a little - little about everything, soo mainly more chances are open for you In BA Programme in comparison to Honours Subject.

The subjects you can study here in this college are BA in Commerce,Economics,Hindi,English,French,History,Political Science,Marathi,Philosophy,Sanskrit,Psychology.

The eligibility criteria to get admission in Ramnarain Ruia College, Mumbai in BA is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination from a recognized board or University.There isn't any minimum percentage requirement to get admission.So you are eligible to get admission in this college.
