Ramwati Raj Bahadur Degree College was established in the year 2005 as an affiliated institution in Etawah, Uttar Pradesh. The campus spreads over 5.5 acres with a total enrolment of 698 students in three specialised courses in education. The institution is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education, thus ensuring the delivery of quality education in the field of teacher training.

The college contains many facilities for the growth of students in academics and other fields. A good library is a learning hub; therefore, it is well-stocked with books and other reading materials that would assist one in carrying out any research. There are sports facilities and a gym for physical fitness enthusiasts to ensure a healthy mix of academics and physical fitness. Not last but least, the institution believes in adopting modern education; hence, its IT infrastructure is excellent, so students will be conversant with the latest technology. There are departmental laboratories, which provide practical hands-on experiences to almost all subjects. A cafeteria is available to facilitate relaxation and resting time. Ramwati Raj Bahadur Degree College offers a total of three full-time courses, all of which are related to teacher education. The B.Ed course lasts for three years, while the integrated BA B.Ed and B.Sc B.Ed courses take four years, providing a comprehensive blend of subject knowledge and pedagogical skills. Each of these courses has an approved intake of 100 students, which adds up to a total of 300 seats for these three courses combined.
