Ranchi Institute of Neuro Psyciatry & Allied Sciences (RINPAS) , affiliated college ,established in 1925 is situated at Kanke,Ranchi ,Jharkhand. The smaller sized specialised institution is Department of Psychiatry together with the focus on mental health, education and research, and this offers 7 courses in 4 levels of degrees. Authenticity of education at RINPAS is confirmed by National Medical Commission (NMC) in India. This is due to its small total student intake of forty and faculty strength of three, which gives a careful learning atmosphere. It’s a postgraduate medical College recognised by Medical Council of India and affiliated to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences offering MD, Ph.D., M.Phil, and Diploma courses in psychiatry, clinical psychology and psychiatric social work.
