General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) is a three-year full-time diploma program offered by Punjab Nurses Registration Council, Chandigarh, and approved by Indian Nursing Council (INC).


Eligibility Criteria

The candidate's Age of entrance shall be 17 to 35 years on the date of joining.
2. Minimum Education: The candidate should have passed 12 years of schooling (10+2) or its equivalent, preferably with science subject.
The candidate should have at least 45% marks in aggregate. (40% for SC & ST candidates )
3. The course is offered only to female candidates.
4. A medical fitness certificate from a qualified registered medical practitioner should accompany the application form.

Admission Details

The admission selection is based upon the merit in the 10+2 examination.
