Rayalaseema University College of Engineering (RUCE), Kurnool. It is recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education, which has affiliated the college to Rayalaseema University. The admission process that is set up by the college, therefore, proceeds to meticulously screen the various deserving candidates who should be admitted for the various engineering programs.
The major mode of RUCE admissions is through the Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET). A state-level entrance examination, it concerns students who wish to pursue engineering courses at RUCE. The AP EAMCET primarily judges the candidates' aptitude in mathematics, physics, and chemistry and thus ascertains the basic strength of knowledge that a student must possess in these three core subjects before being admitted into the college for the study of engineering.
For the B.Tech programs in general, at least students must have done 10+2 or equivalent examination, which has Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry as the compulsory subjects. However, cut-off marks on the qualifying examination may vary from year to year; candidates may still stand a reasonable chance of being admitted after qualifying in admission standard requirements in both qualifying examinations and AP EAMCET to meet eligibility requirements for admission.
Application Process
Generally, the various steps in the process of applying to Rayalaseema University College of Engineering, Kurnool, for admission are as follows:
1. AP EAMCET Registration First, an applicant should register for the AP EAMCET examination, and AP EAMCET application forms may be procured from the official AP EAMCET website.
2. Entrance Examination: Attend the AP EAMCET examination on the scheduled date.

8. Reporting to the College: It will be the responsibility of the candidate to report to RUCE if a seat is allotted.
9. Admission Confirmation: Admission finalization at RUCE takes place after completing all such formality requirements like fee payment and documents submission.
Admission Process per Degree
B.Tech: RUCE offers five undergraduate B.Tech programs, each having an intake of 60 seats, except Computer Science Engineering, which has 120 seats. The programs include:
1. B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence
2. B.Tech in Civil Engineering
3. B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
4. B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering
5. B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering.
The admission to the B.Tech programs is mainly on the performance of the applicant in AP EAMCET. The seat allocation to the eligible candidates in these programs is done by the convener of AP EAMCET/APECET. It is further required that applicants should have completed their higher secondary school with core subjects of Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry qualifying through the AP EAMCET.

College Infrastructure
Infrastructure is good why because Batchelor of technology is newly started in the university so infrastructure is good in our college, but lab equipment is much required except computer science, electronics and communication department have minimum equipment is there. But in our university Central Library is there it is very big Library somany books are available for each department. In library classrooms are well designed. Now coming to play ground in our university very big play ground sometimes sports and athletics also conducted in that ground other colleges also come for playing. Hostels are provided separately boys and girls with very less fee. Wifi is there in campus there is computer network centre is there in campus. Maintainence need to improve. Food will be hygiene but taste will be average.
