RD Engineering College Research Centre was set up in the year 2011, and it is one of the affiliated colleges of Uttar Pradesh, India. This particular institution has been shaping the future for over a decade now for the students aspiring to be engineers and is located at the 9th KM Mile Stone on NH-58, Delhi-Meerut Road, Duhai. This college is spread across a compact campus area of 3.4 acres, which provides the students with a concentrated learning environment. The healthy student-faculty ratio is due to having a student strength of 337 and faculty strength of 48 at RDEC, so that proper personalised attention to each child is possible.

RD Engineering College Research Centre has built a list of extracurricular facilities that can improve the learning experience of its students and provides them with academic sources. There are considerable well-equipped libraries. Advanced laboratories offer hands on learning opportunities for students to apply theoretical concepts in practical settings. RDEC has separate hostel facilities for boys and girls with a comfortable living environment for students hailing from various parts of the country. There are two B.Tech courses that are conducted on a full-time basis in RDEC, which are upgraded to meet the requirements of the engineering sector. The existing intake capacity of 270 seats is provided by its two specialisations, and the B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering course has 120 seats for the students, which prepare them with utmost knowledge and keeps pace in this rapidly growing IT sector. B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering of 150 seats with the main focus being given to design, manufacturing, and industrial Engineering. Both the programmes are four years' duration, and the respective candidates are supposed to acquire good knowledge concerning to their disciplines.
