Regency Teachers Training College, located in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh, was established in 2005 and has grown to be one of the prominent colleges in India. This is a co-educational institution affiliated with Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University and it aims at preparing future educators. Situated over a land area of 5.2 acres, the college provides various types of education faculty training. The college also embraces the health facilities of its students by having a health centre with the capacity for first aid services. It provides all-round courses covering all sectors of teacher education.
At present, Regency Teachers Training College offers five full-time programmes that are B.Ed, D.El.Ed, M.Ed, B.A, and B.Lib.Sc. Such programmes are meant to prepare students for their professional practice by imparting to them the knowledge and skills expected of a teacher.
