Renuka Debi Shikshak Shikshan Mahavidyalaya is an institution dedicated solely to training institutes meant for teacher education programs. It provides two B.Ed and D.El.Ed, or Diploma in Elementary Education courses. 1. Admission Notice: The institute publishes notice of admission in its official website and other media.

2. Application Form: Students need to download or collect the application form. Either they can print it out from its official website of the college or collect it from the institute.

3. Submission of documents: There are other formalities in regards to submitting additional documents, of which a checklist would be, as a thumb rule:

• Marksheets of qualified exams, of 10th, 12th, or graduation
• Valid I-card
• Recent size passport photographs
• A category certificate-if applicable
• Additional documents that a state government asks for, or maybe specified by any institute

4. Entrance Examination: If the state policy so demands, candidates would have to appear for an entrance examination. The institute or the conducting authority would inform about the details of such examinations, including syllabus and exam pattern.

5. Merit List Preparation: A merit list is prepared based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance exam results.

6. Counseling and Seat Allotment: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for counseling before allotting seats based on their merit, as well as seat availability.

7. Fee Payment: The shortlisted candidates are supposed to pay fees within the time window allocated to them; after payment of fees, they get confirmed for admission.

Degree wise Admission Process

B.Ed: Renuka Debi Shikshak Shikshan Mahavidyalaya admitted 100 students in B.Ed programs and admission to B.Ed courses is on merit basis considering the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or performance in entrance examinations. It selects students according to policy laid by UT administration/State Government/affiliating university. B.Ed The educational qualification required for candidates is completion of bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification from recognized university.

D.El.Ed: The sanctioned strength of students for the D.El.Ed is 50. Admission to D.El.Ed is just as that for B.Ed programs. Admission is strictly through merit-based selection and the selectivity would be strictly on the performance score registered in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination.
