Rishikul Group of Colleges was established in Academic year 2005-06 and its located in Gwalior, the city of Madhya Pradesh. This is a co-educational institute that is affiliated college for the university concession granted by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Shivpuri Link Road houses the college and distance education facility that provides students with flexible education programmes.

It has an elaborate range of amenities to support the teaching and learning process as well as the general development of students of Rishikul Group of College. These are such as having a male and female hostel for students especially those from outside station so that they can comfortably access hostels without compromising on their comfort. A library within the college stay as the center of knowledge where students can access most information they require. For those people with passion in sports and or physical exercise, the college has sections meant to promote aspects of exercise.

Rishikul group of colleges have a number of distance education programmes for students who are in need of flexibly study. The institute currently provides four main courses: The Distance Education offers 13 programmes like B.Com Distance, BA Distance, B.Sc Distance and PGDCA Distance. These are course offered to cater for students who may be in a job market or those who are unable to attend normal classes.
