Rizia Bibi Academy of Teacher's Education came into existence in the year 2014 and is counted amongst one of the finest teacher-training institutes of North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. This college is co-educational in nature, and the affiliated college has been approved by NCTE to ensure quality education. It has a compact campus of an area of 1 acre that provides an ambience conducive to learning for the budding teachers. The institute, with a total enrolment of 100 students and a faculty strength of 15, thus assures personalized attention and maintains an excellent student-teacher ratio. 

 Academy provides the following facilities for enrichment of learning at Rizia Bibi Academy of Teacher's Education. It has a library within the institution, which plays the role of a resource center, providing the students with various study resources.
