RK Vyabsayik Shikshan Sansthan, Garhwa, being an affiliated college was established in the year 2013, and it’s situated in Garhwa, Jharkhand. It is a co-educational institution where teacher education programmes have been endorsed by the National Council for Teacher Education or NCTE. Located on a single plot of area 0.66 acres, the institute provides two full time programmes with an annual admission strength of 200. RK Vyabsayik Shikshan Sansthan has a well qualified team of 16 full time faculties to facilitate quality education and teacher training for the students.

The admission capacity of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme has been approved as one hundred and the admission capacity of Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) programme is been approved for fifty students only. They are both professional development courses meant to help students pursue successful teaching careers and they take two years each. Two important programmes occupied in the institute are aimed at preparing qualified and competent teachers for the elementary and secondary levels of education.

At RK Vyabsayik Shikshan Sansthan, admission into the various programmes is done based on the scores that a student gets in his/her qualifying examination and/or the entrance test. These policies are as follows; the institute on admission matters has to adhere to the policies set by the State Government of Jharkhand besides the affiliated university. Admission to B.Ed programme conducts an entrance examination for the candidates based on their performance on qualifying examination, entrance test or any other mode as per University and state government regulations. In case of admission to the D.El.Ed programme, admissions are in accordance to the policies of State Government or UT Administration as per merit in the qualifying examination cum entrance examination.
