RLN Dora College of Education, Srikakulam, was set up in the year 2006. This affiliated college is on a compact 0.8-acre campus with the express purpose of bringing up future educators. The institution has the approval of NCTE. RLN Dora College of Education is characterized by limited enrollment, currently standing at 85 students, with a faculty strength of 8. The college offers only one degree, the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), which speaks to a rather concentrated way of training teachers. 

The college has a good number of facilities meant to enhance the student experience. The library being a hub for all academic resources includes 3,078 books and further provides a reading room having 40 seats. The departmental laboratories for learning also go on to provide students with practical experience at the college. RLN Dora College of Education offers only the B. Ed course, being a full-time program for two years. The approved intake of the program is 100 seats, hence providing enough scopes for the aspiring teachers. This specialization enables the focussing of resources and expertise in the college to turn out good teachers. The B.Ed course, besides giving students the essential knowledge and skills that a good teacher should have, also integrates theory with practice.
